A colony gang of kids, one stray dog, and a politician who picked the wrong fight.

A gang of housing-society kids adopts a boy who cleans cars, and his dog. When a minister wants every stray off the streets, the kids take on the system their own way.

Made for children without talking down to them. Grown-ups will laugh just as hard.
