Interstellar (2014)

Masala Meter 3/5 · Quality 9/10 · Hollywood · Sci-fi, Drama

A father, a wormhole, and the most emotional maths lesson ever filmed.

Earth is dying, and a former pilot leaves his children to search for a new home among the stars. Nolan fills it with black holes and relativity, but the heart of it is a dad trying to keep a promise.

Watch it on the biggest screen you have, with the volume up. The organ score does half the work.

Where to watch in India: Prime Video, JioHotstar.
