Jurassic Park (1993)

Masala Meter 4/5 · Quality 9/10 · Hollywood · Adventure, Sci-fi

The film that made a whole generation scared of a glass of water.

A billionaire brings dinosaurs back to life for a theme park, and nature has other plans. Thirty years on, the T-rex scene in the rain is still a masterclass in building fear.

For many Indian families this was the first Hollywood film they saw dubbed in Hindi. It still plays brilliantly with the whole house watching.

Where to watch in India: Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5.
