Lightning strikes a village tailor. Kerala gets its own desi superhero.

In a small Kerala village in the 1990s, tailor Jaison (Tovino Thomas) is struck by lightning and wakes up with powers. So does someone else, and that's where it gets interesting.

Guru Somasundaram's lonely, heartbroken villain is the film's secret weapon. It's funny, local and full of heart: the superhero film Indian cinema needed.

Where to watch in India: Netflix.
